Loves children, with Post-Secondary Education & a minimum of 2 years' experience in Human Services required for ChildCare Providers and Valid Teaching Certificate & a minimum of 2 years' experience in Education required for Tutors. We do reference checks to verify.

No criminal record.We do the enhanced police criminal record check which includes finger printing our CareDrivers, ChildCare Providers and Tutors.

No sex offender record.

Valid driver's license. We take a copy when we first meet CareDrivers, ChildCare Providers and Tutors to confirm they are who they say they are.

Clean driving record. We run their driving record when we first meet them and continue to on a quarterly basis.

Age 21 or older

Owns or leases a vehicle not more than 7 years old seating 4-7 passengers. We keep a copy of the driver's registration and confirm it matches the car they are driving. We also keep a photo of their car and license plate.

Valid NEW (summer 2016) provincially-approved insurance policy designed specifically for ride-hailing companies to protect people in the event of an accident.This policy would provide up to $2 million in third-party liability insurance, with optional collision or comprehensive coverage.

Must have a cell-phone & well-maintained vehicle that has passed a provincial safety inspection (within 30 days).

In-person meeting for an interview with a member of the Tulii team.

Completes in-person driver training and orientation.

Personal and professional references checked.

Adopts the Tulii Rules.

Adopts our zero tolerance policy for smoking, drugsand alcohol while driving.

Adopts the zero tolerance policy for not making physical contact with any electronic device while driving for Tulii.

Valid Emergency First Aid & CPR Training Certification.
